REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • It is in the original packaging

  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery

Certain items are non-returnable, such as:

  • Items marked “final sale”

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Await return instructions and approval.

  3. Send the item back using the provided return address.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

  5. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 3–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • In cases of defective or wrong items, we will cover return postage or provide a prepaid label.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days

  • Provide a photo or video showing the issue
    We will offer a replacement or a full refund.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items of the same value (e.g., different size or colour).
If the requested item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund:

  • Check your bank/PayPal account again

  • Contact your bank, as processing times vary

  • Contact us at info@yogee.com if still unresolved

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the order must follow the return process above.
