  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Yogee offers the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (UK)

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping (UK)

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

  • Actual delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Delivery location

  • Shipping method

  • Weight and size of products

If applicable, free shipping thresholds will be displayed on the website.

4. Order Tracking

Where available, a tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been dispatched.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost:

  1. Contact us first so we can investigate.

  2. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

  3. Replacement or refund decisions depend on courier investigation results.

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Attempts

Yogee is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us, you may need to pay additional shipping fees for redelivery.

7. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
These are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
